Getaway Fitness is a unique fitness getaway and healthy vacation that is all about challenging yourself, discovering your full potential and of course having fun! Our retreats will rejuvenate you through our structured program of exercise, nutrition, education and relaxation.  Our fitness and wellness retreats are hosted in Florida and Southern California.  These locations boast great year round weather which makes them perfect for our outdoor workouts and fitness adventures.

Getaway Fitness and Wellness retreats are a reboot of your body, mind and spirit.   Each day of our retreat provides guests with a unique opportunity to explore the area our retreats are located in  while experiencing vigorous workouts from our expert training team.  Enjoy beach boot camp on Southern California and Florida beaches, bike on the bay, run on the beach with dolphins swimming near the shore, experience yoga as the sun rises on the beach, hike in the hills of La Jolla California.  

Our retreats will leave you  feeling fitter and more relaxed and our training team will empower you with the knowledge to make healthy choices/decisions once you return home.  We want to ensure your success in meeting your goals.   Our host resorts provide delicious and healthy meals and along with deluxe accommodations and generous amenities to enjoy during your stay. 

 

Our Retreat Package Includes:

 

  •  Deluxe Accommodations
  • Three (3) healthy meals per day (except for dinner on the last day as program ends that day)
  • Water and Healthy Snacks for each retreat day
  • Nutritional Handout and Guidance
  • Welcome Gift (contains items you will use during the retreat)
  • Approximately 5 hours of workouts and fitness activities per day which includes but is not limited to the following:  Beach boot camp, Yoga, Cardio training, Biking, Kayaking, TRX Suspension Training, Kettle Bell Training, Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, Paddle boarding, HIIT Training, Beach Cardio, Indoor Rock Wall Climbing, Pilates
